By accessing or using the website at maisonzolara.com, the Maison Zolara mobile application ("App"), or any services offered by Maison Zolara LLC ("Maison Zolara", "we", "us", "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website, App, or services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, book appointments, or create an account. Medical aesthetic treatments are only performed on adults. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Certain treatments may have additional medical eligibility requirements. Our licensed providers reserve the right to decline any treatment that is not medically appropriate for a client.

Maison Zolara provides luxury medical aesthetic services including but not limited to: laser hair removal, neuromodulator injections (Botox, Dysport, Daxxify, Xeomin), dermal fillers, RF microneedling, chemical peels, skin tightening, photofacials, and salon services at our Lansing, MI location.

Services are performed by or under the supervision of licensed medical professionals. Treatment results vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

Our website and App also provide informational content, AI-powered skin analysis tools, appointment booking, membership management, and promotional offers.

Services rendered: Services that have been fully performed are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with a result, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment and we will work to address your concern.

Pre-purchased packages: Unused sessions in a pre-purchased package may be refunded on a pro-rated basis within 30 days of purchase, less any sessions already used at their standard retail value.

Deposits: Deposits for promotional offers are refundable if you cancel within the required 48-hour window. Outside this window, deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel your appointment.

Products: Retail skincare products may be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of purchase if unopened and in original condition. We cannot accept returns on opened skincare products for hygiene reasons.

Maison Zolara membership plans ("Maison Membership") are monthly subscription agreements. By enrolling in a membership, you agree to:

• ✦Monthly billing on the date of your enrollment anniversary each month.
• ✦A minimum commitment period of 3 months from enrollment date.
• ✦Membership benefits are non-transferable and for the named member only.
• ✦Member discounts apply to services at their standard retail pricing at time of service; promotions and member rates cannot be stacked unless explicitly stated.
• ✦Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before your next billing date. Requests submitted after this window will take effect the following billing cycle.
• ✦Unused monthly credits (included treatments) do not roll over month-to-month.

We reserve the right to modify membership benefits or pricing with 30 days' written notice. You may cancel without penalty if you do not accept material changes to your plan.

Our AI-powered skin analysis, skin age estimation, and beauty evaluation tools ("Zolara Skin Analysis") are provided for informational and cosmetic guidance purposes only.

By using the AI analysis feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

• ✦You are providing photos voluntarily and consent to their transient processing.
• ✦Photos are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers.
• ✦AI scores and recommendations are cosmetic suggestions, not clinical diagnoses.
• ✦You will consult a licensed provider before undertaking any medical treatment.
• ✦Maison Zolara is not liable for any actions you take based solely on AI results.

The Maison Zolara mobile application ("App") is subject to these Terms in addition to the terms of the applicable app store from which you download it (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

Device Permissions: Certain App features require permissions from your device:

• CameraRequired for real-time skin analysis. Camera access is only used while the analysis feature is actively open and with your explicit consent.
• Photo Library / StorageRequired if you choose to upload a saved photo for skin analysis. We only access photos you explicitly select.
• NotificationsOptional. Used to send appointment reminders and care instructions. You may disable at any time in device settings.

Updates: We may release App updates that introduce new features or security improvements. Some updates may be required for continued use of the App.

Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted App availability. The App may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• ✦Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• ✦Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• ✦Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• ✦Not share your account with or transfer it to any other person.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are inactive for an extended period with prior notice.

Account deletion: You may request account deletion at any time by contacting admin@maisonzolara.com. We will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records).

Promotional offers, discounts, and special pricing are subject to the following:

• ✦Offers are valid only during the specified promotional period.
• ✦Offers may not be combined with other promotions, member discounts, or past purchases unless explicitly stated.
• ✦We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time with or without notice.
• ✦Promotional pricing applies to new bookings only; retroactive discounts are not available.
• ✦Gift cards and promotional credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

Maison Zolara provides medical aesthetic services under the supervision of licensed medical professionals in the State of Michigan. By booking and receiving services, you acknowledge that:

• ✦All injectable and laser treatments carry inherent risks including swelling, bruising, redness, and in rare cases, adverse reactions.
• ✦You are responsible for disclosing your complete medical history, current medications, and known allergies during your intake consultation.
• ✦Results vary significantly between individuals and are not guaranteed.
• ✦Website and App content is educational and informational only; it is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
• ✦You should consult your physician before undergoing any aesthetic treatment if you have medical conditions or take prescription medications.

All content on the Maison Zolara website and App — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, treatment descriptions, and software — is the exclusive property of Maison Zolara LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided you do not remove copyright notices.

The Maison Zolara name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of Maison Zolara LLC. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to:

• ✦Use our website or App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• ✦Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or accounts.
• ✦Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our website without permission.
• ✦Submit false information when booking appointments or creating an account.
• ✦Use our AI analysis tools in any way that could cause harm or misrepresent results.
• ✦Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• ✦Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or App.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Maison Zolara LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, App, or services.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability; in such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Our website and App may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (such as our booking platform, payment processor, and mapping services). These are provided for convenience only.

We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for third-party content, privacy practices, or services. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We encourage you to review them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. You must be a resident of the United States and at least 18 years of age to use our services.

(a) Informal resolution first.

Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at admin@maisonzolara.com and provide a written description of the dispute, the relief requested, and your contact information. We will attempt to resolve the dispute amicably within thirty (30) days of receipt.

(b) Binding arbitration (mandatory).

If we are unable to resolve a dispute informally, you and Maison Zolara agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, the App, the AI skin analysis tool, or any services provided by us, shall be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. The arbitration will be conducted in Ingham County, Michigan, or by video conference, before a single neutral arbitrator. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

(c) Class-action and jury-trial waiver.

YOU AND MAISON ZOLARA EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. Disputes may only be brought in your or our individual capacity. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.

(d) 30-day right to opt out of arbitration.

You may opt out of the arbitration agreement in section 18(b) and the class-action waiver in section 18(c) by sending written notice to admin@maisonzolara.com within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your full name, mailing address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. Opting out will not affect any other portion of these Terms.

(e) Exceptions.

The arbitration agreement does not apply to (i) claims for injunctive or equitable relief regarding intellectual property; (ii) small-claims-court actions brought on an individual basis; or (iii) any claim that cannot be arbitrated as a matter of law.

(f) Venue for non-arbitrable claims.

Any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ingham County, Michigan, and you irrevocably consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
